Happy 1st Birthday to little Deonta. We held is party at Brookside Park in Ashland OH on July 23rd!!! I can't believe he is one already. As you can see he loved his cake!!! I will have more pics to put up as soon as my mom EVER gets around to uploading them for me! haha!
Took a trip last weekend to West Virgina to bury Dad's ashes on top of Grandpa's hill. We all had a good time and feel that Dad is where he wants to be, up with the deer and the sheep!!! Sure didn't want to come back home as everyone knows once you are there you don't want to leave!! It was also time to take Lauren back to school! One more year girl and you will be done!!
I started a new job this week as an Administrative Assitant for an apartment community. It is a lot of work and more than I have ever taken on before. There is a lot of accounting and payroll and goverment work. The goverment required more paperwork than anyone else on god's green earth.
Deonta is doing well, just going to work and plugging along at school. He is currently taking some senior level classes and of course getting A's on all of them. He is expected to make the Dean's list yet again this quarter.

Thank you everyone for your constant prayers for our family. I will keep everyone updated on what is going on with Dad. Right now he is on alot of pain medication to keep him comfortable. He still has his humor throughout this though and often has his nurses laughing.
Deonta will start his new semester of school soon. He made the Dean's List for his first semester of College. Congrats Deonta!
And little Deonta is just growing like a weed and gets into everything. His favorite food is cinnamon graham crackers. I can't beleive next month he will be a year already. Boy does time fly when you are having fun!
Also Congrats to my cousin Britty and her husband Josh. They welcomed their little girl Gabbie into the world on May 27th! She is beautiful!
As I said I will keep you all posted! Happy Father's Day!
